welcome

Life can be overwhelming at times, especially when you're in the midst of a big change.

Specializing in perinatal mental health, life transitions, and anxiety, I offer a calm and encouraging space to help you move through new beginnings with a greater sense of ease. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), I will meet you wherever you are on your path to new parenthood. We'll work together to help you find calm in the overwhelm, break cycles of generational trauma, and stay present with your family while finding ways to take care of yourself.  â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

My hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, heard, and empowered. You know yourself best, and I’m here to offer a caring, empathetic presence whenever you need it, especially when things feel tough. With insight and understanding, I’ll partner with you to explore how your past may be impacting your present, and how you can move forward with clarity about the future you want to create. Together, we’ll identify goals that are aligned with your core values, and implement a plan to help you nurture your authentic self.

about

Whatever season of growth you're in, I'd love to be part of your support system.

I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you can show up just as you are. I believe that all emotions, even the painful ones, are important, and that healing occurs when we greet our emotions with a sense of curiosity and compassion.

I earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston College, and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I hold additional certifications in Perinatal Mental Health, the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method, and Trauma-Conscious Reproductive Health. With an understanding of the toll that stress, especially during the perinatal period, takes on both the mind and the body, I take a holistic approach in my work as a therapist. I'll help you manage physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety so you can feel grounded, present, and like the best version of you.

Turquoise Couch

individual therapy

In individual therapy, you have space to process your emotions, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and develop helpful tools to get you through life's toughest moments. I specialize in perinatal mental health, life transitions, and anxiety.

clinical supervision

For brand new and seasoned therapists alike, clinical supervision allows you to pause and reflect on growth and challenges in your role as a social worker. Through our work together, you'll gain confidence in your therapeutic skills so that you can provide high-quality client care.

Rolling yoga mat

trauma-conscious yoga

Yoga has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and to promote healing from traumatic experiences. We can incorporate movement and breathwork into traditional talk therapy sessions, or spend a full session practicing yoga together.
