I am currently in-network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If your insurance plan is with one of these providers, sessions may be covered fully or partially depending on your mental health benefits. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to understand your coverage.

If I am not in-network with your insurance, we can still work together using your out-of-network (OON) benefits. Most PPO plans have OON benefits, which may allow you to receive partial reimbursement for therapy. I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. OON coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance company to inquire about your OON benefits.

For clients who are paying out-of-pocket, rates are as follows:

Initial Diagnostic Evaluation: $200

Individual Therapy Session: $175

Clinical Supervision: $150 

Trauma-Conscious Yoga Session: $150

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for all services for clients who are experiencing financial hardship.

I accept payment via credit card, debit card, and HSA/FSA cards.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs of services if you are not using insurance. This helps ensure full transparency so you can make informed decisions about your care.
