welcome

Life can be overwhelming at times, especially when you're in the midst of a big change.

Specializing in perinatal mental health, with a particular focus on perinatal anxiety and birth trauma, I offer a calm and encouraging space to help you move through new beginnings with a greater sense of ease. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), I will meet you wherever you are on your path to new parenthood. We'll work together to help you feel centered in times of stress, break cycles of generational trauma, and stay present with your family while finding ways to take care of yourself.

My hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, heard, and empowered. You know yourself best, and I’m here to offer a caring, empathetic presence whenever you need it, especially when things feel tough. With insight and understanding, I’ll partner with you to explore how your past may be impacting your present, and how you can move forward with clarity about the future you want to create.

about

Whatever season of growth you're in, I'd love to be part of your support system.

I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you can show up just as you are. I believe that all emotions, even the painful ones, are important, and that healing occurs when we greet our emotions with a sense of curiosity and compassion.

I earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston College, am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. I have completed additional trainings in EMDR, Trauma-Conscious Yoga, and Trauma-Conscious Reproductive Health. With an understanding of the toll that stress, especially during the perinatal period, takes on both the mind and the body, I take a holistic approach in my work as a therapist. I'll help you manage physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety and trauma so you can feel grounded, present, and like the best version of you.

"We don't have to do it all alone. We were never meant to."
- Brene Brown

work with me

I'm a Boston-based therapist providing virtual therapy to clients across Massachusetts through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. All sessions are held online, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your home (babies are welcome to attend too!). I also offer clinical supervision and consultation for fellow therapists. My hours are weekdays from 9am to 3pm.

individual therapy

In individual therapy, you have space to process your emotions, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and develop helpful tools to get you through life's toughest moments. I specialize in perinatal mental health, with a specific focus on perinatal anxiety and trauma.  I also enjoy supporting clients who are navigating other life transitions or coping with generalized anxiety.

EMDR therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach designed to help the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. It can be particularly helpful for birth trauma, pregnancy loss, infertility, and other reproductive and perinatal traumas.
